We work with you to find the perfect bar style.
When you choose a hosted bar for your event, all drinks are complimentary for your guests. We work with you to determine what alcohol options will be served, and we keep the drinks flowing throughout the night. You can opt to set a maximum budget for your hosted bar as well, meaning once your top budget is reached, we close the bar.
A cash bar is an excellent and affordable option for many events. We bring a wide variety of beverage choices for your guests, who then choose and pay for their own drinks. We make it easy for them by accepting both cash and credit/debit cards.
A partially hosted bar is the perfect blend of a cash bar and a hosted bar: some drinks are complimentary for your guests, and others must be purchased. For example, you could set a maximum budget or a time limit for your hosted bar. Once either has been reached, complimentary drinks are no longer available, but the bar remains open to allow guests to purchase their own beverages. Another option is for you as the host to pay for beer and wine, but your guests must pay for any liquor or mixed drinks. There are many methods to make a partially hosted bar work for your budget and your guests, and we’re happy to talk through them with you.
